JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for someone who wakes up thinking about CAC, LTV, and which experiment to launch this week. As our Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for scaling user acquisition across Spanish‑speaking markets, optimizing the full funnel, and building a sustainable growth engine for Linki. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Design A/B tests to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Manage advertising budgets with a focus on ROAS and acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate with content and design to create high‑performing creatives.
- Analyze performance data and report actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Explore organic channels: SEO, partnerships, email marketing, and referrals.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing in digital environments.
- Mastery of paid platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one more (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with analytics tools: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and make fast decisions.
- Native Spanish; fluent English. Experience in Latin American and/or Spanish markets is a plus.
